Morwenna is a superb 3-bedroom house nestling in the hamlet of Trevarrian,  minutes away from the surfing beaches of Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay (the latter renowned for Kite-Surfing and power-boat racing competitions). A peaceful location, ideally situated off the coastal road between Padstow and Newquay.

Morwenna is a spacious house that has been tastefully decorated throughout to provide light and airy accommodation whilst retaining its character. It has a large sitting room with wood floor, wood-burning stove, satellite TV, DVD  and CD player. A door leads from the sitting room to a useful utility with washing machine and access to the rear garden. The large kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher, a farmhouse-style table for dining and large patio doors which open onto the enclosed rear garden. Stairs lead from the sitting room to the first floor with rooms off the landing. The main bedroom is well furnished with king-sized bed and plenty of storage. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one single room with an additional guest bed. There is a well fitted bathroom with bath and shower over.

The house sleeps 6 plus a baby. Travel cots and high chairs are provided at no extra cost.

This family house has a front lawned garden and parking for 2 cars. The large rear garden is private and enclosed and benefits from two decked areas, patio furniture and BBQ, ideal for morning coffee, al fresco dining or simply relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Minutes walk from the cliff path that meanders down to Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth, Morwenna is the perfect base for those wishing to visit the stunning local beaches and numerous attractions the area has to offer. For those not wishing to cook, the local pub is within short walking distance and offers excellent food and a very warm welcome. In addition to this there is a pub and bistro nearby in Mawgan Porth, whilst Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Restaurant is also close by at Watergate Bay . Newquay is a 15-minute drive and the beautiful harbour town of Padstow is a only 20 minute drive along the picturesque coastal road. There is a campsite shop selling basic provisions a minutes walk from the property and a farm shop selling delicious local produce is located a 5-minute walk away.

Morwenna is ideal for families looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday cottage close to fantastic beaches, with easy access to Newquay if desired.
