A comfortable contemporary 1-bed beach apartment with sea views across Fistral Bay. The self catering accommodation maximises on the fantastic view with large patio doors in the lounge which lead directly out on to a small balcony with views over the Bay. The open plan living area incorporates a lounge area and a compact well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom (with bath and powerful shower over) is situated between the bedroom and lounge. The double bedroom with double bed is at the rear of the apartment.

The apartment benefits from central heating, private parking with additional visitor parking, a communal laundry room with tumble-dryer, use of the communal lawned gardens and steps leading down to Esplanade Road which leads directly to Fistral Beach . The self catering accommodation also benefits from a TV, digibox, DVD, & music system in the lounge, washing machine, microwave and oven with all necessary equipment in the kitchen. All bed linen and towels supplied at no extra cost.  This apartment caters for well-behaved pets.

Pentire is a quiet headland and benefits from easy access to both Fistral and Crantock beaches with restaurants and cafes like Lewinnick Lodge (a 10 minute pleasant stroll to the end of the headland), the new Windswept Café at South Fistral (a 5 minute walk to the top of the beach) and Fern Pit café (10-minute walk from the apartment –we recommend the fresh crab sandwiches!) If you walk down the steps to the foot ferry you can choose your own lobster from the tank and they’ll prepare it for you whilst you swim and relax on the beach
