Penwartha Cottage is a large 3-bedroom family home with plenty of accommodation to suit a family of 8. The large lounge with wood floor, TV, DVD and stereo, has a dining area with table & chairs, leading through to the large kitchen. The kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher, with a separate area for another small table and chairs, leading to a new conservatory with tiled floor.

The stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor with rooms off the landing. There are 3 full bedrooms and an additional through room. The largest bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and windows overlooking the garden and out across open countryside with sea glimpses.  The bedroom is well furnished with a king size bed, wardrobes and storage. Access to the bedroom is through a good-size room with twin beds, storage and a TV, ideal for families with small children. From the landing, there are a further two bedrooms, one with bunk beds (ideal for children), wardrobe and a vanity unit, the other bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe with windows with sea glimpses. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a bath with a shower over. A second toilet is situated off the utility area from the kitchen. Access to the lawned rear garden is through the conservatory

This house sleeps up to 8 plus baby. Travel cots and high chairs are provided at no extra cost

This self catering house benefits from an enclosed lawned rear garden (with BBQ), private off-road parking for 2 cars. All bedlinen and towels are provided. Holidaymakers will be greeted with a welcome box on arrival.

Trevail is a small hamlet accessed through country lanes, close to the village of Cubert which has a post office, village store and restaurant/bar. The beaches of Holywell Bay and Polly Joke are close to Trevail, either a pleasant walk through the sand dunes to Holywell or across the conservation headland to Polly Joke, or alternatively a short drive by car. Trevail/Cubert is a short drive to the town of Newquay where you'll find shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. This house is ideal for familes looking for a relaxing cottage holiday close to fantastic beaches, with easy access to Newquay if desired
